A new program aimed at teaching teens about the digital world is launching in Timmins.
Digital Creator North is partnering with six northern communities including Timmins, Elliot Lake, and Temiskaming Shores. Program Lead Victoria Vezina says a space will be set up in the Timmins Museum Pop-Up Gift Shop where youth aged 14 to 19 can learn about an array of digital skills.
An open house will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm on June 29th at the Museum Pop-Up for teens and schools to learn more about the program.
