Crime Stoppers Report: Vehicle fire

Reported by Brenda Beaven

The Ontario Provincial Police are looking for any information you may have with regards to a vehicle fire.

Sometime between midnight and 5:45 in the morning of July 17, 2019 a 4 door white Cadillac car was damaged by fire on Hwy 672 approximately 1 km south of Hwy 101 near a gravel pit. Hwy 672 is also known as Esker Lake Park Rd which runs between Hwy 101 and Hwy 66 near the Quebec border.

(Google Maps)

This highway is heavily travelled by workers heading  to or coming from the various mines in the area. In all likelihood someone saw something that may be helpful to police.

If you were travelling Hwy 672 during this time frame you may have seen this vehicle or persons in the area. What you may think is insignificant could be the one piece that would solve this puzzle. Let us know what you know.
