An Iroquois Falls man is being charged with impaired driving.
A Timmins Police officer while performing a general patrol Saturday afternoon spotted a pickup truck that had been the subject of an earlier traffic complaint.
The officer stopped and interviewed the driver and based on the outcome of his roadside test the driver was arrested.
As a result the 46-year-old Iroquois Falls resident is being charged with two counts of impaired driving.
The accused is required to attend Provincial Court on August 14th.
