Council is debating the hours of operations for the airport restaurant.
Councillor’s Rinaldo and Bamford want to see longer hours or at least the option of healthy vending machines.
Councillor Black says this restaurant is in the business of making a profit and if it can’t be made during certain hours we shouldn’t make them stay open.
As Boogey’s restaurant is going through a lease renewal Airport Manager Dave Dayment says they tried to negotiate extra hours but it may not be in the restaurants budget.
