News NDP taking action to make northern roads safer SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Thursday, Jan. 14th, 2016 The Ontario New Democrats are working to make northern roads safer for drivers. The party has created an online petition, which is asking the Wynne Liberals to make sure infrastructure is safe. The Safe Northern Roads petition was sparked by the Nipigon Bridge fiasco. He says signing the petition will send a message to the province that they need to provide answers and listen to drivers who rely on safe roads.
