The OPP was called out to an apartment building, after getting reports of a man who was unwanted and intoxicated. They didn’t find him in the building, but did find a second floor window screen on the ground. Police tracked the man down a few streets over, but he broke his wrist at some point during the incident. Since police were involved, the SIU now has to check out what happened. In the meantime the 31-year-old is now being charged with failing to leave when directed, mischief, public intoxication, and breaking probation,
