The winter warm-up is causing issues for snowmobile trails in the region. The Timmins Snowmobile Club has announced that OFSC Timmins trails are now reported as ‘red’ or ‘Unavailable’ on the OFSC Interactive trail guide.
Officials say due to unforeseen weather conditions grooming operations have been suspended. Snowmobilers are also advised that rapidly deteriorating snow and ice conditions are making snowmobiling extremely hazardous anywhere.
