Timmins family to appear on America’s Funniest Home Videos

The outcome is under wraps until March 3rd. That’s the night we find out whether a Timmins family wins a major US cash prize on America’s Funniest Home Videos.

Mona and Allie Lanteigne submitted video of one of their two young sons “showing attitude”.  They made it to the top three, and can’t disclose the final result until the show airs.

If the couple finishes in first place they would be in the running for the season finale prize of $100,000 US.

The couple says they only entered for fun.

“It’s really easy, though,” they explain. “To actually submit it. I just typed it into Google and I uploaded the two videos and… that was it.”

They can’t share the video they submitted, of their young son being “Attitude Child”.  They can say it involves an eye roll, when they told him “no” about eating a certain food.

“You’ll understand once you see the video. It’s… not something you see on a one-year-old. It’s a very big eye roll, all the way in the back of the head. More like 13, you know, teenager.”

The suspense will end when the final airs on Sunday, March 3rd.
