Two suspects are being sought by Timmins Police, in a shooting incident on Canada Day afternoon.
Investigators say the two men were in an altercation with another man, who was shot while trying to get away. The 20-year-old victim was still in hospital as of Sunday afternoon.
Police had a section of Cedar Street North cordoned off in the initial part of their investigation.
Anyone who can help shed any light on the incident is ask to call the criminal investigation division or Crime Stoppers.
