Charges laid after a car was shot with a paintball gun

A Timmins man is facing a number of charges after shooting paintballs at cars. A man was driving in the Mountjoy South area on Wednesday, when his car was shot with the paint.

He drove around until he found the man who had the paintball gun. The suspect then pointed the weapon straight at the driver, before running into his house. Police carried out a search warrant at his house and found the paintball gun, along with pellet guns and crossbows.

The 35 year old is looking at five charges.
