The South Porcupine and the Iroquois Falls units worked together to bust two men with around $18,000 worth of marihuana buds. Police also think they had other narcotics. A 19 and a 20 year old are being hit with a variety of charges, including: A 19 year old, of Black River-Matheson Township ON, was charged with: – Trafficking as per section 5(2) of the CDSA – Possession of Cannabis Marihuana as per section 4(1) of the CDSA – Produce Cannabis Marihuana as per section 7(1) of the CDSA – Possession of other drugs as per section 4(1) of the CDSA. A 20 year old, of Iroquois Falls ON, was charged with: – Possession of Cannabis Marihuana as per section 4(1) of the CDSA – Produce Cannabis Marihuana as per section 7(1) of the CDSA – Fail to Comply with Probation Order as per section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada Both men have a court date set for September.
