The Timmins Majors have announced their summer tryout schedule. Starting August 21st and running through until the 30th, tryouts are $10 for unsigned players.

Fri August 21 – 8:00pm – 10pm
Sat August 22 – 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Sun August 23 –10:30am – 12pm
Sun August 23 – 3:30pm – 5pm
Wed August 26 -7:30pm – 9pm – practice
Fri August 28 – Sun August 30 – Northern Showcase – Kapuskasing Sports Palace
Sun August 30 – Final Cuts

All of the tryouts are at The Mac. All new players who did not attend the spring camp will require a signed permission to skate form before they can step on the ice. Camp is open to any player born in 1998, 1999 and 2000

The Majors are also playing in the first Northern Showcase on August 28th to 30th in Kap. Passes will be available for fans to see all eight games, where each team will play at least five games. The Majors, the New Liskeard Cubs, and the Kap Flyers are all in the showcase. The prices and schedule will be at some point this month.
