Timmins Police admit that they’re stumped. They can’t determine who the young guy is who shoplifted at the liquor store in South End one day last month.
Communications coordinator Marc Depatie says it was about 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 8th.
“The subject selected a bottle of rye…” he says. A 26-oz. bottle of Wiser’s Special Blend, to be precise, “…and fled the scene without paying for the item.
“He was pursued by the store clerk, ignored her appeal to return to the store and continued to flee the scene on foot.”
