Timmins Police say there will be “absolutely no random stops” of cars to determine whether the driver or passengers are violating the provincial stay-at-home order.

Communications coordinator Marc Depatie  says officers will act appropriately and professionally. They will act when there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation is taking place or is about to take place.
