The Timmins Police are laying assault and robbery charges on two local men. They allegedly attacked a man early Sunday morning, and took his cell phone.
A passer-by called police, who quickly found and arrested the two. The victim was taken to hospital with serious, but non life threatening injuries.
Among the nine charges between them are aggravated assault, resisting an officer, and drug possession.
