The bus known as the Yo! Mobile that hands out hot food and other comforts for homeless people is broken down and unable to operate this weekend.
Volunteer coordinator Huguette Hanna tells My Timmins Now Dot Com that the part that’s needed can’t be ordered until Monday, so the bus can’t operate at City Hall as it does every Friday and Saturday.
There will, however, be sandwiches available in the City Hall parking lot, but only tonight (Friday).
Hanna apologizes to patrons of the Yo! Mobile and hopes they stay warm all weekend.
