It’s always scary to hear that a school bus was involved in a collision. It happened twice this morning in Timmins. The fortunate part is that no one was physically hurt.
The first one happened at Sixth Avenue and Balsam Street, and is a hit-and-run. The vehicle that struck the bus left the scene.
A short time later, a school bus was in a collision with a tractor-trailer at Algonquin and Thériault.
City police are investigating both incidents.
