“Your Voice Matters” when it comes to your health care.
The Porcupine Health Unit is hosting a survey to get your input on how it is doing and what it can be doing to make services and health programs better. Chief Nursing Officer Chantal Riopel says the information from the survey will be used in the Board of Health’s next strategic plan.
Riopel says it’s best to ask the people using and working with the programs and nurses.
The survey is available online or at PHU in English, French and Cree. All surveys must be in by March 29th.
