You are being warned of a social media account asking for intimate pictures.
A Timmins woman has posted on Facebook that she is receiving private messages from someone asking her to send them intimate pictures of her to help make public breastfeeding legal in Canada. Timmins Police Service Communications Coordinator Kate Cantin (con-tain) says police are aware of the messages and that they are offering money for the pictures. Cantin says TPS is advising that if you get one of these messages, do not respond.
Cantin says if you get one of these messages, you can let TPS know for information purposes.
She says it might also be a good idea to report it to the Facebook Corporation.
