The Timmins Police Service says on Tuesday, officers went home where they received a call of an unwanted person. Police say the man is bound by several conditions to stay in his home at all times, not to consume alcohol and to have good behaviour. TPS says the 21-year-old man ran from police, but officers found him shortly after. He is facing seven charges including five counts of failing to comply with a probation order. He is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
