A Timmins man is facing charges of perjury.
The Timmins Police Service says the 46-year-old man faced the courts on November 17th and gave an untruthful testimony.
Police say officers couldn’t find the man right away and a warrant went out for his arrest. He was arrested on December 23rd and faces charges of perjury and breach of probation.
The man has been released and will appear in court on January 23rd.
