The traffic lights on Cedar Street are expected to be out for the next four to six weeks. The lights were supposed to be on yesterday, but when the Traffic Department attempted to re-activate them, they realized they had no power at Cedar and Third. Work has to be done inside the hydro vault in front of Gibby’s before power can be restored.
