The $6 million sale of Ontera to Bell has had its closing date delayed. What was supposed to be completed at the end of this month has been pushed back to September 2nd.  The main sticking point is that Canada’s Competition Bureau wants to look into the market to see if Bell will have a monopoly of telecommunication services in the North East. This comes after a variety of complaints to the bureau, including a letter from Timmins MP Charlie Angus.
