A 60-year-old man from Timmins has been arrested for fraud.
The Timmins Police Service says the man was allegedly making fraudulent rent payments at a trailer park in the south end of the city. Police say he is facing one charge of fraud under $5,000.
Officers have released the man and he will appear in court on May 30th.
