News The 2017 Crime Prevention Campaign is Underway SHARE ON: Mackenzie Read, contributor, Friday, Feb. 24th, 2017 Shoulda Coulda Woulda. This is the theme for this year’s Crime Prevention Campaign. The Timmins Police Service is working with the Ontario Chiefs of Police to educate people on reducing crime. Police Spokesperson Marc Depatie says the campaign’s goal is to make you aware of ways you can protect your property and personal safety. //www.mytimminsnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/crime-campaign-2.mp3 Depatie says some of these crimes include impaired driving, break and enters and theft. He says that community police will be out educating you on little ways to help prevent crime.
