Photo Credit: Mackenzie Read - Moose FM Timmins city hall is flying their flags at half-mast to honour the lives lost during a recent shooting at a mosque in Quebec City. Several people were injured and six lives where lost in what is being referred to as “10 minutes of terror”. Mayor Steve Black says we’d like to offer our sincere condolences to all of those affected by this tragedy. Black hopes that Timmins residents feel safe to practice their faith, and new coming immigrants and refugees feel welcomed.
