The school year is beginning today for some students, which means buses will be back on the roads. That is prompting a safety reminder from the Timmins Police, who is asking drivers to be cautious of the buses and students on the roads.

TPS says all drivers must stop in both directions when a bus has its arm down and lights on. Police say failure to do so could result in hefty fines, demerit points, and possibly even a license suspension.
