The heat warning is over, but now Timmins is under a severe thunderstorm watch. The watch stretches between Timmins, Cochrane, and Iroquois Falls. Environment Canada says the conditions are right for dangerous storms to develop, which may bring high winds, hail, and torrential rain.
If the storm approaches, take cover and get inside. The watch is expected to end by this afternoon.
