Uncategorized Downtown stop lights turn to stop signs SHARE ON: Paige Parker, contributor, Monday, Mar. 31st, 2014 For almost two months the lights in the BIA district will be flashing red. BIA executive director Noella Rinaldo says there are two concerns with the project.
