As of tomorrow all of the lights in the downtown BIA will be flashing red.
It’s a pilot project running until May to test if all-way stops will be more efficient than lights.
Councillor Noella Rinaldo says running the project during this time will show how traffic changes between Winter and Spring with the amount of people out walking in the downtown area.
