Symphony gets Arts Council money

The provincial government’s Ontario Arts Council is tuned in to the Timmins Symphony Orchestra.  It has given the orchestra a $16,000 grant.

The money will support the TSO’s five-concert series this year.

Presenting the cheque, Timmins MPP George Pirie said that will help the musicians continue to have a positive impact on the city, creating good jobs and drawing visitors.
