Single ATV accident is fatal

The operator of an ATV was pronounced dead Sunday night on the scene of an accident involving only his all-terrain vehicle.

City police say they were told at about 9:30pm of an unresponsive man in the area of Delnite Rd. and Goldmine Rd.

Out of respect for the victim and his family, his identity is not being released.

Police say the investigation is in its early stages.
