A woman high on drugs found in a downtown Timmins parking garage is looking at charges. Police found the disoriented and distressed 21-year-old early Thursday morning and brought her to the hospital as a precaution. While doctors examined her, police did a background check and discovered an arrest warrant was out on the woman. Once doctors gave her the all clear, the woman was arrested and she’s now charged with theft under five thousand dollars and possession of property obtained by crime.
