Raids on two local homes lead to charges, drug seizures

Culminating a three-month drug investigation, provincial, city and Nishnawbe-Aski police have raided two Timmins homes and charged three people with a laundry list of drug charges.  They also seized a large quantity of drugs and almost $100,000 cash.

Two of the people – a man and a woman – are from Timmins.  A second man is from Toronto.

The arrests and seizures were made during raids Wednesday morning on Birch St. S. in Timmins and Rekela St. in Porcupine.
