Charges are pending against a driver Timmins Police say hit a lamp post and a pedestrian just after 6:00am Tuesday.
The pedestrian’s injuries are said to be serious but not life-threatening.
City police say they had several reports of erratic driving past the Mac, headed towards South Porcupine.
So far this year, Timmins Police have laid 25 impaired driving charges: 19 impaired by alcohol and six by drugs.
