Synthetic oil products that were dumped on Malette Road in the west end of Timmins got into a roadside creek, and the natural resources ministry wants to know who did it.
Last week, conservation officers were told about several five-gallon containers that had been dumped. They were all open.
Anyone with information that will help the investigation is asked to call the ministry TIPS line at 1-877-847-7667 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
