The sudden death of a man early Sunday, December 18th in Timmins is now a homicide case.
Timmins Police say foul play has been determined in the death of Keeth Duphney-Tennant of the Toronto area.
The body of the 22-year-old was found at a Mountjoy Street South apartment building.

Meanwhile, foul play has been ruled out, related to a body found in a car on Mattagami Blvd. early this past Sunday.
That follows an autopsy on the 28-year-old Ottawa man.
