A taste of the country in the city is back in Timmins again this summer.
The first day of the BIA’s urban park and farmers market is next Wednesday. It runs every Wednesday until October 6th.
Third Ave. will be closed between Pine Street and Cedar Street.
CLARIFICATION: The farmers market is on Thursdays, beginning July 8 until the Thursday before Thanksgiving. In addition, BIA executive director Cindy Campbell tells My Timmins Now Dot Com that the urban park cannot open until the Porcupine Health Unit moves into Step 3 of COVID-19 reopening.
