Flooding and the potential thereof remain the focus of emergency services in Timmins.
Another road closure is in place, this time on McChesney Road, as the Mattagami River creeps closer and closer to the roadway. Consequently, the back entrance to TH&VS – officially called Auxilia Avenue – is also closed to general traffic.
