Councillors will gather for a special meeting Wednesday.
The meeting was called to go over a few more urgent items.The agenda includes discussions on transferring funds from the Meadow Lane project to the Town Creek relining project and some restrictions on council once the nomination period for this fall’s election closes.
The presentation put together by the CAO says this includes restrictions on hiring, dismissing or appointing anyone working at City Hall. Nominations for the municipal election close at 2:00pm on Friday.
The special meeting will start at 12:00pm tomorrow in Council Chambers.
