Timmins City Hall has some land for sale. The land in question is the North Part of Broken Lot 6, Concession 4 Whitney. There is a minimum bid for the land which is just under $70,000. Tenders have to be in the city’s finance department by 3:00pm September 15th and all tenders will be open publicly in the council chambers 15 minutes later.
