Timmins city council has declared land on Cameron Street North as surplus. It intends to sell the land to Raymond Duciaume for $1,000. The public can comment on the sale until next week on Friday and council will consider the public’s comment before finalizing the sale. Assuming it goes through, the buyer has six months to finalize the land transfer otherwise it will be declared null and void.
