New president named to lead Timmins Chamber of Commerce

There’s a new president at the Timmins Chamber of Commerce.  He’s Jamie Clarke who takes over from Christine Bender and now serves the business group as past president.  The six-member executive will guide the board for the next year.  Clarke, who owns Tisdale Plumbing Heating and Electrical, says he’ll ensure the needs of the 700-plus members are met in the coming year.   Other executive positions include the Royal Bank of Canada’s Nancy Mageau as first vice president and the treasure is Ginette Nakashoji.  The board will be sworn in during the chamber’s annual general meeting which takes place September 13th.
