Goldcorp has made a big donation to help the Timmins and District Hospital renovate and replace equipment. The gold producer has given the health facility $500,000. The hospital needs to replace $12.6 million worth of equipment and is renovating and relocating eight departments at a cost of $2.6 million. The Goldcorp donation brings the fundraising to $ 9 million so far.
