Some snowmobile trails are opening up in Timmins. The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs has opened up sections of their trails in the city, however some remain closed. Groomers have been out making sure the trails are ready, and although they aren’t perfect yet the OFSC says they are safe. There are still some trails closed, like in Iroquois Falls. The OFSC also says to stay off of waterways as they may not have fully frozen over yet. Go to the OFSC website for their trail map which shows the areas that are open and closed.
