Among the charges two 18-year-old boys face are five counts each of theft of motor vehicles. The pair are also looking at numerous other offenses including nine counts each of break and enter. Other charges include seven counts each of theft under $5,000 and four counts of possession of break-in instruments. The break-ins took place at homes as well as municipal and commercial properties.
