Timmins is having another public meeting tonight to discuss improvements to the city. Tonight’s open house will be to hear public ideas on how to better the transit system in town. This is the third meeting of its kind in the last few weeks.
The city also had meetings to talk about a new aquatic center, and improvements to the Hollinger Park. Mayor Steve Black says the city is looking at all of their assets and developing a five to ten year plan for each.
The open house is at 6:00pm at city hall, in the second floor council chambers.
