The winter overnight parking ban has started up again in Timmins. Parking on the street from 11:30 at night to 7:30 in the morning could land you a $50 ticket, or a towed car.

The ban doesn’t apply to some areas of Timmins, like Schumacher. In those areas yellow or red signs will be posted showing you can’t park on certain days when the city is doing snow removal.

The overnight parking ban is in effect until April 30th. The city has posted their official notice, click here to read the statement.
