News Brown says Hydro One sale could be bad news for the Ring of Fire SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Monday, Oct. 26th, 2015 Ontario’s PC Leader Patrick Brown says the sale of Hydro One will have a big impact on customers in Northern Ontario. Remote communities such as those in the north are powered by lines that are generally considered unprofitable. Speaking in the legislature, Brown said there is a risk a private Hydro One will view Northern lines as a poor return on investment.
