News Timmins Police head to Winnipeg for Curling Championship SHARE ON: Paige Parker, contributor, Monday, Mar. 17th, 2014 Members of Northern Ontario police services are in Winnipeg this week for the Canadian Police Curling Championships. The team is made up of two members of Timmins Police, one from South Porcupine OPP and a fourth from the Anishnabek Police Service. Constable Tony Chilton with TPS says he expects the competition to be pretty tight as they will be going up against former Canadian Champions.
